We ship up to 3 days of any order placed on our site, but usually within 24 hours of any order placed Monday - Friday. We ship from Southern California and we operate on Pacific Standard Time. We will email you a tracking number to the email address you have provided us upon checkout or if you have set up an account (which is not neccesary to order with us) then we will send the tracking confirmation to the email address you have in your account.
Make sure that your email address will not put our SellYourGift.com email address into the spam or junk mail folder as this will make it seem like we never contacted you after your order, which does happen even with ebay or amazon :( Every order we contact you as soon as we have created the shipping label and we carefully pack your item so it arives safe from the bumps and bruises of UPS, Fedex, of Post Office travel, and make sure that the item description is accurate to what is being sent out to you (we hate when we don't get what we order too!).
We make sure that every order cradles you through the buying process until it reaches your door in which you can make sure everything is ok with the item and contact us if there are any problems with the item from transit or anything else. We give you 7 days to notify us of any problems that we can help to rectify. We only can communicate to you with emails and notes inside our shipments so make sure to read everything we send you in order to keep an excellent line of communication with us!
All sales are final. If you need to make a return we only return if there is something incorrect about the item listing and we do not refund the shipping amount paid for us to mail you the unit in addition you will have to pay to ship the item back to us at your own cost :( This is similar to our ebay shipping and returns policies as well. Since we sell items that are used, new, and sometimes even salvaged (meaning use for parts or fix yourself only) we rely on our descriptions to inform the buyer before they purchase anything. If there is a problem we messed up on, will try to find a solution in order to make you happy or let you know that the description did an accurate job of telling you the item condition before you bought it.
We want you to feel that when you come to SellYourGift.com and browse our items that there is little stone unturned based on pictures and condition listed along with any item description since we do not just sell New retail items, we sell Used, refurbished, returns, and so on that we have done some amount of tests on (this usually applies to the electronics items rather than say luggage or baseball cards for example which don't require "testing") but we price accordingly and we want our customers to make informed decisions on buying, so we always invite all questions about any item no matter how many you might have before you buy.
