    We accept payment through paypal or money order by mail. Visa, Mastercard, or American Express can be used through paypal without actual having a paypal account!! or you can pay directly with your paypal balance. If you do not have a credit card you can mail us a money order to PO Box 227 Redondo Beach, CA 90277, made payable to B.B. Inc.. Contact us through the contact us form with any questions.   2. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please contact us and we will get it fixed. We also ship to APO / FPO Military addresses, Worldwide, and of course in the 50 great states of the U.S.A.!

    Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

    We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, use our shipping cost estimator by putting in your zip code while viewing your cart. Domestic Shipping Options: First Class Mail (2-7 day delivery) Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery) Express Mail (1-2 day delivery) International Shipping Options: - Delivery time varies by country International First Class (2-4 week delivery on average) Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery) Any heavier items we might choose to send UPS or Fedex in which you will be emailed a tracking number that is updated frequently along the route to your home.   6. How do I track my package?
    First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry! Any heavier items we might choose to send UPS or Fedex in which you will be emailed a tracking number that is updated frequently along the route to your home.

  7. How do I find the right size or more information about an item that I'm ordering?!
    Our search by size option will allow you to click on the size drop down menu pick your size (2XL for example) then click "Search" and all items 2XL will show up in stock! This can also be used for other "Sized" items or attributes listed! If you want us to measure any item or give you more information before buying ie pictures or dimensions or clarification on working condition please email us and we will measure or answer your question as best we can!

  8. I was sent the wrong item or a defective item and How do I exchange an item I purchased?
    If you received the wrong item or defective item, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at through the contact us form with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you! If the item was damaged through being mailed please let us know all the specifics so we can take care of it. We like to avoid exchanges or returns simply because a customer changed their mind or it doesn't fit. We invite you to ask ALL questions even if there are 100 of them before you buy so that we can give you a 100% description of the item before you buy it. If for some reason there is a reason beyond that causing you to want to return the item please email us within 7 days of receipt and we will assess the issue. We will require you to pay to mail the item back before any refund might be issued. So make sure you ask us all questions before you buy! Most of the time shipping an item will be the only cause of derivation from the original condition of the item.

  9. Will you buy my stuff/Do you sell wholesale?
    We are always looking for new items to sell and can offer you cash to take items off your hands from your home or place of business, just contact us with a list of the items you would like for us to buy and we can contact you with a price. Please leave us a contact name, and phone number as well. Thank you. We do not buy items from out of state or site unseen. We MUST buy from you in person or you are free to contact us and get to know us if you have something out of state. We will only buy from reputable sellers. Yes we do sell wholesale anything on the site can be bought at a discount if you buy in bulk of 12 items of more. Please contact us and with the items you would like and we can work out a price for you. If you are located in the state of California you must have a valid resellers permit on file with us or else we will have to add 9.75% sales tax on top of the order total plus shipping if applicable. We will also meet you in South Torrance to deliver any items. You can pay with paypal in advance to pick up.

  10. How can I make a change to my order?
    If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please contact us and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

  11. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
    Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can contact us and we can confirm that the order was placed. Also you can add sellyourgift.com to your spam filter to allow our emails to come through ;)

  12. Do your items ever go on backorder?
    Not normally. We are usually buying close outs or one of a kind items that we do not consistently keep in stock (with some exceptions). So get em while they're hot because normally once they are gone, they are gone ;) In the future we might stock some of our own shirt designs in which we will re order 1-2 weeks when out of stock.
